Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Excellence: Unify and align our clinical, educational, advocacy, and research divisions under a shared strategy driven by innovation and high standards of performance.

Desired Profile

Education & Experience

• Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent preferred) in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Impact, or a related field.
• Track Record: Proven senior executive experience leading multidisciplinary teams through phases of organizational growth, scaling, or transformation within healthcare, public health, or mission-driven sectors.
• Strategic Governance: Strong experience collaborating with Boards, high-net-worth donors, policymakers, and international partners.
• Operational Expertise: Demonstrated capability in strategic financial management, building scalable operational systems, and nurturing high-performing teams.
