Remuneration: 20000- 25000 (variable as per experience)

Job Description
- Works with the MDT within a variety of settings: home visits, inpatient, outpatient (offsite and onsite) and halfway home.
- Psychosocial assessment and support
- Rehabilitation recommendation (Psycho-social, vocational, physical)
- Assist in accessing financial support
- Being up-to-date with government programmes for social support and enabling access to them.
- Navigate and facilitate medical consultation and specialist care treatment in other hospitals
- Coordinate with non-governmental agencies whenever necessary for psycho-socio-spiritual support
- Counselling services (including grief and long-term bereavement support)
- Participates in training of colleagues and acts as academic faculty member in various programmes conducted by Dilasa.

B. Sc Nursing/M. Sc Nursing, Certification and experience in Palliative care is mandatory.

Job Description
- The palliative care nurse provides compassionate care and emotional support for those with serious health related suffering and their families.

- Provide non-pharmacological physical measures like lymphedema management, wound dressings
- Dispense and administer medications on schedule
