Pallium India invites applications to the post of Research Co-ordinator at Trivandrum.
We are seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to join our team at Pallium India as a Research Co-ordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and learning, as you will be responsible for supporting the Research and Innovation department and collaborating with other departments.
You will be able to plan, coordinate and execute research studies, ensure compliance with protocols, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and contribute to knowledge-building activities and dissemination. You will also function as the Institutional Ethics Committee Secretariat, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements related to research activities.
Qualification: Master of Public Health (MPH)
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in conducting research
Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Desirable Skills
- Administratively self-supporting.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work flexibly (with tact and diplomacy).
- Excellent scientific writing skills and experience in report writing and publications.
- Experience in working in health system research/implementation/operational research.
- Knowledge and skill in project management/conceptualization, ground research and data management.
- Experience in data collection and analysis with qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods.
- Experience with statistical computer software programs – SPSS/ Excel/ R/ NVivo/ STATA.
