Qualifications
MBBS, Certification in palliative medicine is desirable.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in managing Health care projects specifically in palliative care.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Understanding the unique needs and challenges of palliative care patients.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Profile
Project Planning: Developing a detailed project plan to track progress using verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
Team Management: Coordinate with project staff and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship with all stakeholders including other healthcare professionals and government bodies.
Reporting: Measure and monitor project performance and report to the funders. Report and escalate to management as needed.
