Pallium India requires a Fundraising Manager responsible for planning, organizing and executing various fundraising initiatives and campaigns to support the organisation’s mission and goals.
Job Title: Manager – Fundraising
Qualification
A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications or nonprofit management.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, business development or related fields.
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Remuneration: Based on experience
Desired Skills
A good understanding of the Digital world especially in fundraising.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Leadership, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Creativity, innovation and enthusiasm for fundraising
Knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and other online platforms
Job Profile
Developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that aligns with the organisation’s vision, values and objectives
Researching and identifying potential donors, sponsors, partners and grant opportunities
Working with High Networth Individuals (HNIs) for recurring donations
Creating and managing fundraising campaigns, events, appeals and communications
Building and growing relationships with existing and prospective donors, sponsors, partners and grantors
Improving recurring donations from existing donors
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of fundraising activities and reporting on the outcomes
Supervising, training and mentoring other staff and volunteers on fundraising activities.
Manage the capital funds campaign for – Pallium India home.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies and ethical standards
Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity and confidentiality
To achieve monthly quantity and quality fundraising targets.
