The official WHO definition of palliative care is 18 years old. Palliative care experts around the world (including 3 Indian members) have come together to attempt a redefinition. Most strikingly and importantly, it brings in serious health-related suffering as the objective.

Then End of Life Care with Guidelines for management for those wishing to be managed at home in terminal illness must be dealt with and research on Quality of Death and study on Immediate caregivers attitude and Grief management must be taken as another specialty since above 65 yrs old must be at their residence in post covid era.
