How will your support help?
Your generous support plays a crucial role in helping Pallium India fulfill its mission of providing palliative care to those who are suffering from chronic, life-limiting illnesses and ensure that our programs continue and extend to all who need them throughout India.
Where will it be used?
We ensure that a donation is used for the specific purpose to which a donor has donated. Funds raised are exclusively used to the needs of the patients based on requirements.
Tax exemptions and 10BE?
Donations to Pallium India are exempted from income tax in India. (Please provide your PAN number if you need tax exemption.) We issue a receipt to every donor and details of the tax exemption are mentioned on the receipt. 10BE will be issued to you on the next financial year by May 31st on your mail or postal address

Compliance
Pallium India is a charitable trust registered under the Societies Registration Act (no. 693/IV/2003). Contributions to Pallium India are exempted from income tax u/s 80G.
Tax Information for Indian Donors: Donations to Pallium India are exempted from income tax in India. (Please provide your PAN number if you need tax exemption.)
As per section 80G(D) with effect from A.y 2018-19, no deduction (income tax) shall be allowed under section 80(G) in respect of donations of any sum exceeding ₹2000 (Two thousand only) unless such sum is paid by any mode other than cash. Thus any person donating more than ₹2000 in cash on or after 1.4.2017 shall not be entitled to claim the benefit of such deduction under section 80G.
We issue a receipt to every donor and details of the tax exemption are mentioned on the receipt.
