Since first being hosted in 2017 and then sponsored by Dr Rajagopal as a visiting Fulbright specialist in 2018, I have had a wonderful experience learning from the world-renowned team of palliative specialists at Pallium India. 

The patient care, advocacy, and education provided by Pallium are exceptional. The work being accomplished by this team is vital, timely, and an important example for other countries interested in expanding palliative care to their populations. 

Currently, Pallium is one of the host sites for GPEC, a palliative collaborative between Harvard, UCSF, and Tulane, and we have been honored to send our next generation of palliative fellows to Kerala to learn and grow.
