Homage to the late Shri Keshav Desiraju

05 September 2021 was the sad day on which Pallium India lost a precious trustee, Shri Keshav Desiraju. Known best for his contributions to mental health policy and to the National Mental Health law of India, he was also the father of India’s National Program for Palliative Care.
