Supreme Court of India’s Stern Order on Palliative Care

In the hearing of the public interest litigation filed by Indian Association of Palliative Care and others on 21 September 2012.
Hon. Justice Swatanter Kumar and Hon. Justice Sudhanshu Jyoti Mukhopadhyaya issued a stern interim order to the respondents,
… this was a human problem which needs attention of the concerned on top priority.
