3 Months Certificate Program in Palliative Auxiliary Nursing (CPPAN)
This Programme is designed to develop special nursing skills for Junior Public Health Nurses (JPHN) / Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) to provide effective palliative care. It is a three months regular program with total 600hours of theory and practical (200hours of theory and 400hours of practical)
Objective
On completion of the programme the participants are expected to:
- Identify the patients who need palliative care
- Demonstrate skills to provide palliative care
- Impart basic knowledge and skills to patient and family toprovide basic care at home
- Facilitate effectively in coordinating the care.

Duration of Course: Three Months
Timing: From 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
