Job Title: Psychologist

Place of Job: Pallium India, Thiruvananthapuram

Qualification: Post Graduation in Psychology

Experience: 2-5years

Language: English, Malayalam

Roles & Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
  – Work with inter disciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients and families in the IP, OP, Homecare and Telehealth services.
  – Identify and provide interventions for psychological support.
  – Provide additional inputs on improving mental health outcomes for patients and their families.
  
  
• Support to team members:
  – When appropriate, provide support to team members in need of psychological support while maintaining professional boundaries.
  -Identify and recommend practices and activities that will enhance the wellbeing of the team.
  

• Capacity building:
  – Participate in ongoing training for allied healthcare workers.
  – Create, as necessary, skill building modules on behalf of the organization.
  
  
• Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation:
  – Regular meetings (physical and/or online) with the team.
  – Field visits.
  – Bi-monthly Clinical Supervision.
