With only a few days more of the Indian Parliament session during the term of the current Government, we have by no means given up on the amendment of the NDPS Act. Even as we write this on the 15th of February 2014, with only a few more days to go for the Parliament session to close, Pallium India’s vice chairman Ms Poonam Bagai and trustee Binod Hariharan are in Delhi moving from pillar to post to persuade the powers to give priority to the NDPS Amendment Act.

We thank all the people round the world who have chipped in to do what they can. Please, let us continue to try hard over the next few days and hope for the best.parliament
