Training of Core Group of Experts at New Delhi

Investing on capacity building for the future, Pallium India is organizing a ‘Training the Trainers’ program for middle-level palliative care leaders from 22nd to 24th June, at New Delhi. This is the second program of its kind. Last year, we did this at Trivandrum for 16 palliative care leaders from all over the country.

The training concentrates on methods of facilitating learning, and on understanding the current situation in India regarding legal issues, government programs on palliative care and on palliative care education. The faculty includes Dr Sushma Bhatnagar, Dr Vidya Kumaraswamy, Dr Nandini Vallath and Dr M. R. Rajagopal.
